Avoid this business! We rented a car and prepaid it to pick up in Barcelona. When arrived we were asked an international driver's permit. We didn't have it. We examined the voucher and small print and did not find any mention of it. We rented cars in Europe for 30 years and no one every asked for it. The person behind the desk said that he would cancel the reservation and send for a refund but refused to give us a receipt. We never got our refund. The company claimed we never showed up. We had to change our travel plans, buy bus tickets and rent a car in another city with another company Enterprise with no problem. We are an older couple and this was an awful experience. read more

We rented a car to travel to the Costa Brava and the experience was perfect. Service was excellent and the car itself was exactly what we were looking for. While they did attempt the typical upsell, they weren't pushy. We would rent again from them. Five stars! read more
