Had it for another week or so and the transmission decided to go out. No big deal. Gave it back to service center for them to fix because it's part of the 1 year warranty. After about a month with no update about how long it's going to take I decided to get involved in trying to see how long it's going to take. They said they had ordered the wrong parts and that they had no idea when the new parts would be ordered/arrived. Chased them around for another few weeks trying to get answers then they finally said they ordered the transmission but had no idea when it would arrive. Another couple weeks goes by they finally get the part then tell me they don't know when it will get fixed because they weren't going to fix it in there shop due to being busy. Mind you I've been waiting 2 months at this point. Another week or so goes by and they just keep stringing me along not knowing how long it's going to take yada yada yada. They finally tell me it's at a different shop and the maintenance has started. More issues with the vehicle and doing quality insurance drives. Finally after 2.5 months. I get the call that it's done. I go in to pick it up. A nice lady is helping me and then Edward Armstrong walks in. He's being very aggressive with me for no reason telling me that if anything else happens with the vehicle to take it elsewhere. That's not the deal. I have a 1 year warranty with them to fix it is what I said. He decides he wants to square up acting like he wants to get physical and aggressive trying to tell me how to be a mechanic. That's not my job. The individual finally walks away. The nice lady at the counter had no words. By far the worst customers service I've ever had. The worst I've ever been treated at a place of business. I go back in to give them the courtesy vehicle keys and ask for this individuals name. He comes flying in acting aggressive again like what did he do wrong. I tell him. Tell him it's the worst customer service I've ever had. He continues to be disrespectful and smug about it and walks away. Absolutely flabbergasted that this took place.I would not recommend using this company for a used car.

I had called a few shops and needed to get a full set of tires on my car and quick. The tires are…read morelarger SUV tires and I wanted something quick and convenient to the Air Base and on the West side. Of all the shops I called, they were the nicest, most accommodating and the price was nice. I had replaced the same size tires and a similar brand (not Chinese tires) three years ago and paid much more per tire. They had it done in under two hours and the car rides amazing. The guys also knocked out a 35 point inspection to give me a little peace of mind that my aging SUV is still rocking solid!

They accept…read moreVAT forms; their prices are very reasonable; they don't force you to order replacement parts from them, and they won't turn a wrench without your permission. This is my go-to garage here in Germany! Absolutely fantastic service! A word of caution though: due to their excellent service, they are very busy and you will need to call them to check the status of your vehicle. Don't wait on them to call you, it could be a while.

After the assessement the telephoned for permission to work and only did the work I authorized them to do. They also provided a rental for the duration of the time, which was cheaper that most of the other rental companies around K-Town. All work and service was done for a very fair price and in a timely manner. I would go there again and recommend to a friend.
