I was very impressed by this because soon as I got there I was greeted by incredible customer service. You're in a very industrial part of Mexico City, very corporate and city like. I felt right at home. I really loved the rooms, because it reminded me of having a flat in the city somewhere. You have your own kitchen, equipped with appliances, you have an amazing bed with huge windows that overlook the city. You have TV with cable, Wi-Fi, a decent size bathroom, and get this... You have your own washer and dryer. I felt like I had my own home in Mexico City for those days. I really enjoyed my time there. I felt very comfortable. The gym was great, definitely a decent size for a hotel - like gym. Also, the breakfast is included however the service was horrible and the food was disgusting. This would've gotten a five star review if it wasn't for that horrible experience. Otherwise, there is a terrace where you can hang out where we had reception one night, there is one indoor, outdoor, and there is also an event/banquet space. There's a few restaurants around, but mostly you're in a very corporate area. There is a Starbucks nearby which we were grateful for. There's underground parking, if necessary. The room service is pretty good and the food from the restaurant is yummy, excluding breakfast. If you are there on a business trip, this is the perfect place. It's not really a resort/vacation type. But it's like having your own place in Mexico City for the time being.
