So different from IKEA in the UK.
Visited on 3rd October and…read moreordered and paid for 2 sofas with delivery. Delivery arranged for 5th October, and despite having received a text alert confirming this the furniture failed to arrive.
Not easy to contact customer service re delivery but eventually did - apologised and rearranged delivery for 10th October (today) and yes, you guessed, failed to arrive. Email to customer service English speaking staff at IKEA got in touch with the delivery co (NOT Ikea) who told utter lies re not having the phone number (was on the delivery note and on the rearranged delivery - and you couldnt have phoned the store????)
Really disappointed, annoyed and inconvenienced.
Will my furniture ever turn up? Will I ever use their delivery service again? NO.
