I applied for a Federal Law Enforcement agency and got to the final stages after many years of hard work. To get to the academy, I needed to pass a PT test (minimum 12 points) at over 40 years old that's not age adjusted for scores. The average age of the academy is about 28, the average score is 12-16pts. When I came to Tim in August of 2023, my baseline score was only 8pts. Less than 4 weeks later after 5 days a week with Tim, he doubled my score to a 16! Then only a few months later I scored a 24! Tim is a true magician when it comes to fitness. I have several major injuries from prior military service and a 100% permanent and total disability rating from the VA. Somehow, Tim managed to engineer an amazing workout routine tailored specifically to my fitness needs, all while avoiding further injury and aggravation to existing conditions. Train 36ixty isn't like other gyms, and Tim isn't like other personal trainers. It's never crowded, and it's more like a family. You will see everyone in the gym from high school and college athletes, to elderly men and women. You will see people in amazing shape who have been with Tim for 3+ years, to people just beginning their fitness journey. Women will not get creeped on, and men will not be judged. I love going there and this is coming from someone who normally HATES gyms. I am living proof with a quantifiable score card proving that Tim and Train 36ixty work; all you have to do is show up and do what they say. Just come in and sign up. They will make sure you meet your fitness goals no matter what they are. If someone as broken as me can do it, so can you. (and no, they didn't pay or ask me to do this. I have had an issue with my right shoulder for YEARS, and after a few corrective training sessions with Patrick he was able to give me the tools needed to help me heal and understand the why and how. This alone has blown me away. I'll be forever grateful. Prime Fitness gives you the team and community feel while getting that competitive drive fulfilled as you build and work towards your own goals. Coach Vinnie kills it with his thorough training guides. You can tell he is genuinely passionate. Coach Robyn is amazing at her instruction and describing the movements in a way so we understand. She is also hilarious! All the coaches, including Sara, Charlie, Will, and at the front desk Nicole - are incredibly skilled as well as patient and all around good people! I was so nervous when I started (because I'm so old and out of shape) but very quickly felt at home. Here are a few things I love about this gym: - The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, results oriented and push me to be the best me I can be. I love all of them but not in a creepy "I'm gonna stalk you" kinda way. It's a very appropriate and socially acceptable kinda love. - The workouts are fun and challenging. - I love the MyZone feature. I'll admit, I thought I would feel like I was on house arrest when I first put on the MyZone band but its such a great tool and helps ensure I am maximizing my workouts. - The smoothie bar is so convenient and the smoothies are incredible. - You won't find super ripped guys in short shorts peacock'n around taking mirror selfies (no judgement... if that's your thing... do you boo) - The bonus offering Prime doesn't advertise is how much the culture of this gym really lifts your spirits. Who cares if your outside is pretty if your inside is ugly, right? I leave feeling accomplished, motivated and uplifted. Mornings are pretty busy but not too bad unless you want a stair master. There are four but one is usually broken and the other three will be taken. It's nice to go to a gym where people are focused on themselves and not obviously looking at everyone else. The owner ( randy) is a great guy, not your typical non available invisible owner. He's on location a lot. His staff is down to earth, physically fit but not unapproachable. I never have to wait for machines or loose weights. They have DIY classes you can take on your own or with a group. Knowledgable Trainers who are accessible and have a range of clients. It's nice to go in anytime I want to wear myself out and feel good about it. The place is CLEAN, cleaning stations clearly located, has changing rooms with showers. Hands down best gym on this side town. This place makes you want to go to the gym. He offers personal training as well. I have been taking the monday night belly dancing class (7pm) with Gwen, and the Wednesday night hot yoga class (6:30). Both are AMAZING. The price per class is $15, but the more you go the cheaper it gets. I really like this studio, I am trying to get the word out there so that Nino can build up his customer base and perhaps add new classes. He is talking about a salsa dance class starting up soon, and the Zumba classes have been added recently as well. Over all, the studio is well equipped, has a great environment with tons of friendly people and it is located downtown where all the good stuff in clarksville is. This is the epitome of a subscription scam. The classic "easy to join gym" but they make is…read moreastronomically difficult to cancel. It's unfortunate because it is a very nice gym, but the customer service just isn't there. They do not care about their customers. If you miss a payment, it goes immediately to collections (within a week). They don't email you an invoice upon any of your payments. The company themselves told me that have gone fully digital, so they have no staff or phone number to contact (which isn't true, they have a phone # listed online and you see staff in the gym). Allegedly, it is all online and you can only reach them through email. The gyms are clean, but the equipment is a bit limited (ie. one rower, one assault bike, no chest support row, etc). I would have recommended this gym if I hadn't had the experience with their customer service that I had. I don't think the gym is worth the potential experience you could have with management. Replying to their comment. My balance and fees were paid on time and in full; however, my bank placed a stop on their account because they deemed it a scam. My bank initiated a charge back causing the gym to lose the money I paid from the last 3 months, which they immediately sent to collections with no curtesy notification to myself.
