Unfortunately, a lady wear in braid took the wrong order on purpose (the meal that I ordered supposed to have a chicken burger, small chips and small coke but that lady gave me a stupid donut, 6 nuggets,large chips and large coke) that charged me 41 lira, and she charged the price without double check with me and she didnt show me the no. on POS. But when I asked her, she speak Turkish to me and I couldn't understand that at all and her supervisor just stand by her and he ignored me as well. I am very disappointed at McDonalds service and I m not going to McDonalds anymore. It was a really bad experience ever had before. Hope everyone realize their stupid tricks.

My cheeseburger was extremely boring with hardly any taste. On top of that it was suppose to be a mega double cheeseburger - it was hardly much bigger then your normal cheeseburger. The entertainment was in the form of a woman who returned chicken fingers to the cashier with a complaint that they were too big for her baby. She wanted to exchange it for smaller pieces after bringing them to her table. I loved her arguments especially 'no one will arrest you if you change the pieces '. I wanted to say 'why don't you cut the pieces smaller ', but didn't and only wrote about it instead. Ah, I should travel out of Sabiha Gokcen International Airport more often.

But comes back and brings me 2 ketchup packets. I go over to the manager and tell him via google translate what happened and that his employee threw away my food without my approval. The manager orders my meal again, great on his part. What gives a 1 Star is the fact as I was asking for a refill, the manager proceeds to charge me 10TL. Charging a completely new drink for a refill. Presumptuously this was the managers way of recouping his loses or "getting back" at the customer because of his employees errors. Horrible experience here.
