If walk-in customers are such an inconvenience, just put a sign on the door. I guess they don't need people who show up ready to spend money. The staff is more knowledgeable than any other lighting store you'll find and their prices are competitive. They've grown from basically a light bulb store with some light fixtures to a lighting fixture store three times its original size (that also sells light bulbs) and for good reason; they sell major designer brands and they treat their customers with respect. Yes, they're often busy since they cater to designers and tradesmen that can take some time to accommodate. It's worth waiting.
