My daughter and I spent a…read morelot of money two days ago in this store and at the hotel she decided that she want to exchange one stocking for 14.95 Euro. She did NOT try them on at the hotel. I was with her 24/7 and she did NOT try them on. When she bought it the girl at the store that helped us was opening it put it over arm twice and showed us how it looks on the skin. Then she put it back in the paper wrap. That was how we gave it back. The girls name was Clementine and sadly she was not there today. So the one of the staff members her name is Deborah looked at the stockings for half an hour!!!!!!! Over and over and told us NO she can not exchange them as they were worn... so basically called us liars. Well we are not but this woman needs to look for better customer appreciation and service skills as we call this kind of behavior rude and very disrespectful and she is clearly unfit for this job. So were the other girl which was equally horrible! I am writing a letter right now to their management and will tell them about these two as well. They treated us with disrespect and the fact they did not believe us was hurtful as we were telling the truth. Never again will I buy there. If I would be the boss I would fire these two and hire somebody who is nice to people as we can carry our money into another lingerie store. Deborah you will hear from me! You are horrible.
