My husband also needed a haircut and they were able to get him in as well. While sitting in the salon, I saw other women getting beautiful styles and wonderful makeup done. I asked if they could do mine and they said yes! This may have been one of the best hair and makeup jobs I have ever had. I showed them photos of hair and told them I like my makeup to be dramatically natural, which is contradicting, but they truly nailed it. They were even able to get me in the next morning for the actual Wedding day as well and they did just as incredible of a job. Doris Castillo at the front desk was so accommodating to our schedule. Julietta Gomez did my make up PERFECT! (In the photos I'm wearing black, she left off the lashes and lips as it was too early before the wedding and I will add later). And LuLu did my hair! I couldn't ask for a better experience and highly recommend them. If you are traveling and need event hair or just want to get a wash and dry-you should definitely see the ladies at Estetica Londres. There was definitely a language barrier, but as you can see from the photos-it was easily worked through and they got my hair and makeup exactly how I wanted it! I got an upper lip and chin wax , and unfortunately the girl burnt the skin on my upper lip and part of my lower chin enough that the skin lifted , bled, and then scabbed. I had to be in a wedding 3 days from then and was really lucky it looked better by Sunday. What can I say? They were so nice and the price wasn't unfair, but a cautionary warning, speak up if he wax is too hot. I wish I spoke better Spanish.

A week after, her hair looks worse than before their hair treatment. We tried to talk to her (Daniela) this morning if they can fix it.. but she just scolded us, she just told us that my wife is not taking care of it even after we informed her that my wife followed all her guidelines and advice. She told us that whatever happens after they treated your hair is not their responsibility. We are very sad to hear this since we paid them good money, We were very excited to have this procedure since we've read good reviews. We're very disappointed and frustrated with how they treated my wife now since they already got the money. Its like they don't care anymore. They post great before and after pictures, but it wont last. We don't usually post a bad review but this treatment is really unprofessional and we just want other people to be aware of this.
