Estrella custom designs completed a roof repair for my property through an insurance claim in 2018. The insurance paid this company $4000. On the invoice it states there is a warranty. During the storm on March 1, 2023, the roof sustained damage so I attempted to call the company. I tried to call several times and no one answered and the voicemail of Alberto Ramirez (owner) was full and could not accept any more messages. I was finally able to leave a message after multiple calls apparently after he cleared out his voicemails. From that message it has been 2 weeks and have not heard a word from Alberto or any representative of this company. I am now having to file another claim with my insurance and pay out of pocket to cover my deductible for work that should have been covered by Alberto and Estrella Custom Designs. I DO NOT recommend this company for any work as they are proving to NOT stand behind their promises or warranties. Hopefully my insurance company will be able to subrogate this company to cover the amount the new company is charging to include me paying the deductible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more
