Don't use these clowns! I contracted to have a delivery of items by Estes-Express Lines, through Global Sync Freight Services, LLC. Estes Express Lines delivered the items to me on August 16, 2019, however they brought the deliver on a truck that did not have a lift gate. Therefore, the driver could not get the items off the truck. I went into the truck and inspected the items and took a picture to size the items for temporary storage. There was no damage to the shipment and the pallets were wrapped in a clear shrink film. Estes scheduled to postpone the delivery until August 22, 2019 as they would need to remove the items, store in their warehouse and reload to a truck that had a lift gate. On August 22, 2019 Estes return the delivery, however, as the driver started to offload the pallets it was visible that multiple boxes of the item were damaged. Once all the boxes were unloaded the driver phoned into Estes, to report the damage and was given a reference number. I stood next to the driver as he spoke with the dispatcher on the phone. I reported the damage to Global Sync Freight and Estes and submitted a claim to Estes who promptly denied the claim. Estes indicated that the file contained insufficient evidence. However, when I contacted their dispatcher, that office informed me that the damage was annotated in the file of record. Therefore, my unresolved complaint against Estes is for items that were damaged and not salvageable; 28 @ $59 each = $1652. I have never seen such shadiness, by a business. Who makes a delivery but can't get the stuff off the truck? Incompetence at its best! read more

They are completely rude and unprofessional. They have held my package for more than three weeks with no attempt to call or deliver it. The customer DIS-service person was rude, unhelpful, poor attitude and plain awful!!! This is a pathetically run operation! Be warned! read more

Am doing a bathroom remodelling and was awaiting the delivery of bathroom fixtures by Estes. Estes scheduled the delivery, requiring me to remain at home to receive it (they would only deliver curbside, unlike UPS which delivers to the door). At the end of the day, they cancelled and advised me that the delivery would happen the following day. I then had to rearrange my schedule to be at home for another day, only to have Estes cancel once more and push back the delivery again. This went on for three days. I would call customer service in the morning to find out whether they could give me a narrower window. The customer service rep always promised to call me back with information, but never did. Meanwhile, my contractor was thrown behind schedule. When Estes delayed delivery for the third time, I cancelled the order. I will never order anything again from a company that uses Estes for delivery. read more

Rude customer service, they have held my package for weeks with no contact from them. When I called to inquire, they HUNG UP ON ME!! I was supposed to receive the item within a week, its been over 3 weeks. They have the box, told me they have the box. WHY IS IT IN BALTIMORE AND NOT AT MY HOME??? Worse shipping experience EVER! NEVER received item at all, only received attitude and disrespect. American Express & PayPal are dealing with them now on my behalf. read more

One star it too many!!! What is typically a one day turn has now taken over a week. Called put on hold several times then they hung up. Asked to speak to a manager, who was not available, left name and number and never received a call back. When tracked, they said that the driver tried to deliver buy no one was here to accept.. only to find out that they tried to delivery after 7:00 in the evening. What the??? Now it needs to be rescheduled for the next day. 8 days now to get what typically takes 1 day. I'm holding my breath to hear what excuses I will hear tomorrow. There are too many other reliable trucking companies out there... this is not one of them. read more
