This is a cute and inviting little shop that sells interesting and delicious jams, confitures,…read moremarmalades, sweet spreads, and varietal honeys, etc. etc. The proprietor was friendly and helpful, explaining in French where different fruits came from and the kinds of shrubs and trees in individual honeys. This is a great place to find rosemary honey [not infused but from rosemary pollen], thyme honey, honey from Corsican maquis, bruyère, garrigue...] and there are tasters out for everything so you can get a sample before buying. I think of this beautiful region, and this shop, whenever I put some Provençal honey on my tartine in the morning!
