The lady said "no lo tenemos que poner no le van a bajar mucho". With that being said, my mom decided to get a second opinion and she was charged by the lady $20 for the service! I'm not sure why she charged if I thought you can leave from a tax establishment. Fast forward to today, my mom went to an experienced professional and doesn't have to pay anything back! In fact, she's getting money back. Please people go to an experienced professional. We won't be coming back here.

Finally found out they had changed our bank account number to someone else's completely different bank account , not one or two numbers off, but a completely new account, and had our last two years tax returns go to a total " strangers" account. When I called her to inform her and request one of my W-2 forms back I was greeted with lots of attitude from Liz.
