It was a short wait in line to ask questions about the trip, then we made our way to the waiting room and found seats. Thus far, staff have been friendly and helpful and the station is clean and has plenty of security personnel posted near the trains. Looking forward to a pleasant trip to Lisbon.

There's a nice little cafe in the station to grab an espresso, a pastry, or a sandwich. Unfortunately, there's a strike going on with the rail workers so outside the station there are a lot of signs discussing the issues.
