Another time they moved snow at midnight... and there was already a foot of snow by 4:30 am. Understandable, due to heavy snow fall, so I just drove over it to go to work. Came home around 5pm and now there was over 2ft of snow, and impossible to even get into my drive way. They didnt come til hours later finally so that I could even get into my drive way. Probably would recommend using them as a last resort only. Pretty dismal service, reliability, and customer service.
