Dafür sind die Kunden in der Geschäfte gefahren und zu besuchen. Sie sollen auch bevorzugt sein um die Dankbarkeit zu anbieten das Sie zu ihr Business gekommen sind. Customer Service und Kunden Bindung ist auch die Zukunft für jeden Business. Aufräumen und Sauberkeit soll auch ein Teil der Kern Geschäftsprozesse sein. Great tenderness and flavor. We got the Mississippi Combo. Ribs, pulled pork, burnt ends and brisket. I personally wasn't a big fan of the potato salad or coleslaw but it's just a personal preference I think the flavors were more common for Germany. You won't go wrong with this place. Give it a try!

I ordered the lamb skewers and a coffee. The coffee comes from an automated machine so maybe not the freshest or best you can find. However, I found the food makes up for it by far. The lamb was very well seasoned and cooked to perfection. There is something great about being able to see your meal cooked right in front of you. The peppers added the right amount of heat to the meat. Definitely a great find on a random walk to find food!

Every meat temp I've ever had here was on point. The char on the outside is beautiful. The quality of the meat is evident even before it's cooked, you can see it right in the case. Beer selection could be better, if these guys got some nice craft beer in there, it would really elevate the whole place. But really, when your meat is that good, it can be forgiven. The ambiance is awesome, really casual, looks like the place used to be an old stable. Benches, tables, and bar seating make everything no frills casual, in the best way. All in all, one of my favorite spots in Erfurt.

We came here for dinner on a Wednesday night with coworkers. It was surprisingly busy. I actually turned over the card when a type of meat I didn't want came around! The meat guys are very friendly and they joke around about you skipping meat courses. One thing that gave me pause is that they put the bottom of the meat stick directly on your plate. And then they put that same tip directly onto everyone else's plate. In this economy?! They also have a buffet bar for sides that they recommend not filling up on because you won't have room for meat. And then after your meal, there's a buffet bar for dessert. It was a good experience while we were in town and after dinner we hung out at the bar a little bit (but the cocktails weren't really that good).
