Upon arriving to the stadium, we waited on a short line to buy tickets, which was relatively easy, except nobody at the gate spoke English. The tickets ranged from 20 pesos (About $1.50) to $150 pesos (About $9.00) for the Parco Tickets.
In the Parco section, there were only a few people in it, so we basically had someone getting us beers very quickly the whole time.
Vendors walked around the stadium all night selling Elote (Corn on a stick with mayo, cheese, chile powder & lime) and other assorted snacks and treats. Under the stadium, were vendors selling tacos, tortas, empanadas, and other treats. One of the vendors was selling roast pork tortas (sandwiches) with salsa, lettuce, & tomato. It was absolutely delicious.
The game presentation was awesome. They had a big LED screen in center field showing all statistics and hype videos. Between innings, cheerleaders kept the crowd entertained, and Chacho, the Tigre mascot was hilarious and kept the crowd entertained the whole game. One of the best mascots i've ever seen. The announcer was boisterous and really helped the crowd cheer on the Tigres.
Even though the home team lost, it was a great experience. The baseball was really great and it was a fun time to be there. Anyone who loves baseball would have a great time catching a game here.
