Awesome group of firefighters. Every 4th of July they host a Breakfast that keeps getting better…read moreand better. On days when my kids and I go for a walk, we always pass by the station and the team always says hi to my kids. Very cool. At first I thought they had a daycare... then I learned what it really meant.... So that kind of sucked hahahaha. Bathrooms were really clean! And the truck is always shiny!!!

Fire Station Tour On…read moreJune 20, 2011, I was able to join a station tour at this Fire Station. I want to say thank you to the "Family" working that day that showed us around their kitchen, training room, exercise room, and their living quarters. It was great. Kim, especially, was very kind. The kids got to don a helmet and shoot at cones with the water hose from the truck. And if that wasn't great enough ... so did some of us Moms. We loved learning about the district, the types of calls, and especially about life at the station for the fire fighters. Thank you for welcoming us! Keep up the good work!

My heroes!!! Literally…read more On 6/28/18, I was experiencing severe dizziness and embarrassingly fainted on the floor of the front desk lobby. My co-worker who found me passed out called 911. They arrived in mere minutes and were quick to tend to me, asking me all the relevant questions, checked my vitals and gently prepared me for the trip to ER. They gave me nauseau medication and loaded me up in the ambulance quickly but with great care. On the ride to the ER, they did a chest CT scan to make sure all was good and got me to Pomerado Medical Center lightning fast. I am so thankful for these awesome guys and impressed by their professionalism and humor. They cracked jokes with me a few times and made me smile so I appreciated their kind disposition. I don't remember my last ambulance ride being so warm and fuzzy so this was a welcome change. Lastly, confession: My female co-workers love us some Firefighters/Firefighter EMTs so in a way, this whole incident was a dream come true for all of us. LOL!! I even joked with one of the EMTs that they were the only reason all the ladies came down to see what was going on was; that the team was easy on the eyes and that was the most excitement they were gonna have all week. HA! Can't say I blame them. He replied "Awwww, and we're the B Squad". Nope, definitely not the B squad! Thank you for all you do!

I have attended lots of…read morethese things all over the place because it is good to make a donation to a good cause (Boys and Girls Club) in exchange for breakfast for $5. While the firemen were young and ranged from cute to hot, they were stingy with food! They gave me 2 small pancakes (not IHOP size either!). I was like WTF because usually they are generous with food at these things! The coffee that they had there had no sugar or sugar substitute. All they had was non dairy power. I went within less than an hour of the event starting. Shout out though to the guy who gave out the eggs. He was generous with portions! As small as the portions were, those sexy firemen made some good pancakes and eggs.

My 4yr old daughters ring had gotten stuck, her finger was super swollen and the ring needed to come off IMMEDIATELY!!! Although it was a painful process to watch, they got the ring off with the baby saw ring remover thing. We were visiting from out of state (TX). ER wouldn't have been quick enough. Someone must have seen my original post and made some changes. Peace was restored and my neighbors and I are eternally grateful. Station 29 does a tremendous service for our community, we are grateful for all you do.
