When I mentioned my disappointment on their Facebook page about the lacklustre service and food, they banned me from their page stating they "wanted to promote positive vibes". It's sad to see such a promising place with so much potential tank so hard. This place is a joke; they serve pathetically small portions and cheap quality food for premium prices. There's absolutely no "positivity" about this place at all. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money here.

The Kapuskasing Poutine - The difference between this and regular Quebecoise poutine, is that this one features cheese curds from the local cheese factory. The curds are soft and tender once warmed in the gravy of the poutine. I'd rate it in the upper echelon of poutines that I've had in my life. (Sorry Ryan of Smoke's, your poutine would run to its momma crying if it tasted this treat) My wife's Jambalaya - it must have been good she wouldn't share any with me. The store is clean, not pristine but you only get that right as the doors open but there is no garbage lying around or anything like that. Last time I ate here I had the Bussiere's poutine. Now I'm gonna tell you fam how it is. If you want a LAYER of greasy oil covering your food then by all means, jump right on in. The ingredients are fresh but that oil slick is a lot! The pizza is meh, VERY greasy, the sauce has a canned taste, the toppings are good. What helps this pizza is the crust flavourings you can get. But I digress, the grease factor plays a huge role. The subs are okay, depending on who is working the kitchen will either make you the sub you ask for or give you something that doesn't even come close to what you want. It is a 50/50 gamble really. Oh, watch out for expiry dates. Sometimes things don't always get switched out due to either laziness or the lack of paying attention to rotations.
