Absolutely disgraceful customer service. This gas station seriously needs to reconsider who it hires and provide proper training to its employees.
The staff I encountered were rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unable to handle a straightforward customer interaction. Instead of behaving professionally and answering legitimate questions, they chose to be confrontational and dismissive.
What concerns me even more is the apparent lack of knowledge regarding the rules and licensing requirements for selling alcohol. If employees are selling alcohol without the required authorization, that is a serious compliance issue that deserves to be investigated by the appropriate authorities.
Working behind a counter does not give anyone the right to treat customers with disrespect. If you cannot answer basic questions about your job, follow the rules, or communicate with customers without being rude, you should not be working in customer service. read more
