as far as a company is concerned, i am sure they are ok but as far as Tom Mcconnell is concerned, i…read morewould never use him as an agent.. he suggested we list my mom's apartment in white rock for 10 thousand more than we listed it for because we wanted a quick sale.. about a week later he wanted us to drop the price about 15 thousand dollars lower than the list price.. the place sold with no thanks to him and when i asked him to check with the new owners if perhaps they had received any of my mail that slipped through the cracks, he refused to do so.. i would never recommend him ever to anyone.. i feel the only thing he was interested in was himself.. do not be fooled by this guy.. he is only in if for the money.
