As the previous poster says, you would think there would be a multitude of businesses who would be able to deliver beyond just flowers, but Bloom seems to be the only one, and they nailed it. My 90 year old father had forgotten that mom's birthday was the following day . We live in Scottsbluff which is two hours away. He was in a panic trying to send a nice gift of flowers and possibly a cake to be delivered to my mother. With Chadron being a college town , I thought we wouldn't have a problem since students come there from all over the nation. When my own children were in universities across the nation there were many such businesses and opportunities for families to send their students delivered gifts for special occasions, while they were away from home. (Heads up to anyone or like a student group who would like to create a little business!). I tried a couple of businesses with no luck. I then decided to just forget the cake since no one would deliver it. So, I tried Bloom . Like the other shops I had called, they also couldn't help me with the cake delivery. So I ordered a bouquet of flowers which would be delivered on mom's birthday. Fortunately, my aunt was kind enough to drive my frail dad the two hours to Chadron to also be with my mom on her birthday. Dad called me when he return from his trip to tell me how beautiful the flower bouquet was. He said it was a big arrangement full of carnations, roses, and other fresh spring flowers, which my mother loved. For my father to notice such detail, Im sure the bouquet must have been lovely. The lady who took my order call was very nice and helpful. My mom had a big smile - there's nothing like that special feeling you get when you receive flowers. Mom needed that feeling of being loved and remembered since she is alone and so far from her family. I wouldn't hesitate calling Bloom again for my flower orders. Beautiful flowers and delivery deserves a repeat. Oh, and mom did get a birthday cake after all. My aunt and dad picked up a cake on the way to the rest home and made it a special 84fh birthday for my mom -. Bea Reyes

I called to make sure they received the order since I am out of state and have never ordered from them before. The woman on the phone was so nice and so helpful! I didn't realize blue flowers were in the photo and it was a baby girl, so she arranged accordingly! I have always been disappointed when I place flower order delivery's with major company's due to them not being delivered in time or looking nothing like I had hoped. When the flowers were delivered I received an email!!! It was so refreshing to see. The best part... it included a photo of the arrangement! I was so happy with this company. I wish they had a location near me!

And she said she could get an arrangement delivered later that same day. I said I wanted sunflowers and more of an autumn arrangement rather than a holiday one. They told me that they did deliver it which later I find out that it was a lie Because a week later they decided to deliver the flower. I live in Washington and was sending flowers to my boyfriends mom for mother's day and took a…read morechance with this florist shop, I'd read a few reviews that I could find and was pleased to feel confident in my choice not to mention you could order online and take care of all of this with ease. I ordered on Friday and paid for Saturday delivery that was offered. Saturday came and went and no flowers were received. Sunday I called and heard their voicemail message indicating they were continuing to make deliveries, so I left a message just to confirm. Later that day the flowers were received by the recipient. However, I never received a call back to confirm. I was disappointed to see what was sent as it looks nothing even close to the picture advertised nor the "Deluxe" I paid for. While I understand that the floral arrangements won't be exact, I just feel that I did not get my money's worth and the wow factor wasn't really received by the recipient. Alliance is a small town which is my understanding so options are limited but service and quality should not be. I will reach out to the shop and see what they say and update once I've had that conversation, that I really wish I didn't have to have. To be continued....
