We have found him to be very caring, a good listener, he knows the right questions to ask pertaining to our visit, and gives us a very high quality of care because he is so knowledgeable. We also appreciate all of his staff who are also very dedicated to excellent patient care. We appreciate that our wait times are good, getting in to see him within a few minutes of our arrival. Another thing we really like about Dr. Grus, that being established patients, we can usually get a same-day or next day appointment, instead of having to go to an urgent care. I believe he does this as a service for his patients, and I think all doctors should do this. We have a good experience from start to finish because there is plenty of parking, check in is speedy, a lab is available on site, and checkout is in his office. The facility is also very clean and welcoming. We highly recommend Dr. Grus if you are looking for a new doctor and a great all around patient experience. We give him 5 Stars!

I'm so glad I saw Dr. Stephens! She is wonderful. She is a great listener, very open and honest, and she always has a friendly smile. She knows what she is talking about, and she'll openly admit it, if she doesn't. She is very easy to talk to, even about sensitive subjects. Even the nurses and office staff are great! They're all kind, friendly, and helpful! Just a side note: Dr. Stephens often has med. students working with her, but they always leave it up to the patient to decide whether or not the student becomes involved in the visit.

I followed up with a phone call about concerns, and labs ended up being ordered. I was told by the lab that my dr. would have my results by Monday, so I called on Tuesday and left a message, and my lab results were mailed to me without anyone ever returning my phone call, leaving me to worry about what my lab results might be. I haven't been pleased and am now switching to a different dr.

Both the medical assistant and nurse were pretty condescending about my symptoms. Last week, I watched two children at my work who both were diagnosed with pneumonia. Symptoms line up with pneumonia but also bronchitis or a cold and that's why I came to them. Now, I know that doesn't mean I have it also but I have been sick for the last few days and instead of talking to me more in depth about the symptoms both women told me why it couldn't be pneumonia and if that was my main concern "this isn't the place for me". Just not a welcoming or inviting experience and it doesn't make me want to go back.

They are staffed by a nurse practitioner who, like a doctor, can give physical exams and administer some medications. She gave me a strep test and looked over the rest of me before administering some antibiotics. I'm giving this particular Take Care Center five stars because of the nurse's wonderful bedside manners. I was a bit of a wreck when I walked in there that day, and she was the kindest woman I've ever met. She seemed so caring; it made me feel so much better just by her warmth alone. I'm probably going to have to send her a Christmas card now, just because I feel like she deserves it.

Holy cow! I had my first visit today, and I am so excited. I can't find the words to describe how…read morephenomenal these physicians are. I have been dealing with multiple chronic pain issues, which is typically treated with pain killers, but it never really "fixed" the actual problem. Unfortunately, many providers like to prescribe strong painkillers to either keep patients quiet, don't have the energy to figure out exactly what is going on, or just to keep the patients coming back. Hence the reason there's a huge opioid epidemic going on. Anyway, if you are looking to truly get better and not have to depend on drugs to mask the pain, then this is where you want to be.
