We took them here (I've been coming since high school - I live across the street from her pastor) and she said $80. I asked if that was the best she came down to $75. We paid cash after the pointed to her sign and said all orders under $100 must prepay and she gave me a receipt and said to come today for pick up. When I came today to pick up she said I had not paid. She said she would check the cameras. She said she couldn't pull it up and asked for my home address....and said she would call me if she found that I had paid and I could come back for them. I called the police because I gave her the receipt she gave us after paying. After a long exchange she ended up giving me my pants because I do not think her cameras work and she KNEW SHE WAS WRONG. This tells me that she does not follow her polices for ALL customers. She will never have to worry about me using her over priced service again after essential calling me a thief. Most dry cleaners if you arrive before 9, they can get it done the same day. I was promptly told that their cut off is 8. Ok...no problem. Mind you I walked in with an arm load of clothes. I than asked if they could make an exception for this one suit. Everything else wasn't needed. The woman took it reluctantly and said it would be extra. Ok rush job...extra. Ok. She than said "$20...cash only" Really? In looking at your card machine. "Rush job...cash only" What is she the Cleaners Nazi (like soup Nazi from Seinfeld). I actually thought I must be getting Punk'd. I return to pick up my suit and I wanted to make sure I was clear on the payment method. As I was looking at a fully operation card machine. She and her husband (I'm assuming) said yes cash only for rush jobs. I promptly paid them and let them know I wouldn't be returning. That was poor customer service both in their tone of voice and putting stipulations based on a "rush job." His response was "Ok...we don't need you to come back". You don't have to tell me twice. I'm new to the neighborhood. They won't be getting my family's business again. By the way, they wouldn't get any stars, but I had to give them one to post this.
