Carol, who is the cashier is very rude and does not seem to know what is going on with customers belongings. I dropped off six items to be picked up on a Friday and I only received 4. Carol told me to come back on Monday when the shirts should be there. I arrived on Monday and Carol still could not find my shirts. Carol became very rude with me as if the company losing my shirts was my fault. After getting an attitude from Carol, she finally called the owner, PK who rushed off the phone and told me to give him another few days. The owner didn't realize he was on speakerphone when he told Carol they could not find my shirts. This was my first and last time using this cleaners they are rude and scam artist. I am now out of $200 worth of shirts and the owner who claimed his name is PK will not speak to me. read more
