It's funny because Lots of reviews people say they can't find it but, it was right inside the hotel and super easy to find. We ordered potatoes, meats, cheeses and the burrata salad. That burrata salad is making my Mouth water it's so bomb! Arugula, burrata & a dressing out of this world. I would definitely retune to this place & i actually would wanna stay at the hotel it was insanely beautiful & i imagine the rooms would be as well! I recommend this spot to anyone.

When you want to understand the roots if a culture (say the immigration of Southern Spaniards to the area) you go and eat their food. Bar Córdoba represents a distilled look at unfussy tapas at it's most basic but delicious forms. Plancha and fried items plus other small bites that represent pure Spanish cuisine. It's out of the way and if your Español isnt great it maybe hard to communicate at first. However there's no better way to be accepted and experience a culture than to eat the food.
