Escrow Results and Anita Pintola are scammers and and are in the business of fraud. They have been in business with the buyers we had before that's how we had this escrow with them. We had a transaction with them and this specific buyer who was their friend and business associate (we found out later) and they completely did not act partial in the transaction but instead did things I have never seen before in an escrow company. They Closed escrow when deal points were still being negotiated and clarified, making us lose our home! This escrow company is not fair or impartial and asks that it's clients sign fraudulent Forms. Perfect example, my house is being sold due to a divorce where my husband has control of the sale. Anita insisted that I sign a 593-C with my ex-husband's name as the primary and me as the spouse. In regards to the review stating that points were still being negotiated and Anita closed the deal anyway this business does not work like that and there is definitely some misinformation there. If you are referring to the lender's financing and the points you were paying, that has nothing to do with escrow and at any point and time if escrow is instructed not to close they will not. I have worked with Anita in situations like that and she has always held off until all parties were ready! If you were still working with your lender to negotiate points than loan docs should have never been ordered, and you should have never signed if you were not happy with the terms. Your lender drew up loan docs and funded a deal while you were under the impression you were still negotiating?!!
