I'm happy to see a good number of people still frequenting this location. I used to enjoy coming to this mall to exercise, visit the food court for lunch and window shop. Now that I live a little closer, I may start doing that again This is an indoor mall so on warm days this will be the ideal spot for shopping and getting my steps in.

All around you - left, right, top, bottom, in front of you, and behind you is an alternative universe - an immersive experience for sure. They have tons of titles you can choose from, including all kinds of sports, shoot 'em games, of course there's zombies, and nature stuff, too. My favorite game is the boxing game, Thrill of the Fight, which is super realistic - and there's a training gym before you pick your opponent. The training gym has all the equipment you could want - a dummy with weak points indicated, a big, heavy bag, and a bag for agility that's hanging on the ceiling. I can't yet beat the Mexican boxer, so that's a goal of mine. Need to work on my combinations haha.

There is also a Jimbo's grocery store and several different restaurants. Henry's and Parakeet Cafe are the newer additions to the existing lineup. The Forum hosts community events on major holidays as well as free workout events on the weekends. I recently went to their Art and Walk walkaround event and loved it, there were food samples from the participating restaurants, wine tasting and live music. Overall great vibes and fantastic event. I enjoy coming here for a coffee, shopping or a bite to eat.

The guy assumed I worked at a restaurant I didn't even go into If you go to this mall, do NOT wear all black because if you do the security guard might assume you're an employee of The Henry and threaten to tow your car. There is no security building that we could find or anyone to talk to about it, so guess I'm just on their hit list and risk my car getting towed if I ever come back to this mall!

There are other stores here of course, but most people come here for Vons. - There is a vet here (El Norte Veterinary clinic) that we've used. Pretty nice. - RIP to Rita's Italian Ice.. They were forced to shut down because of family issues. Some of the parking slots seem to be tight for bigger cars but their are plenty of open spots. You can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the many available options. The In & Out can get massively busy here but they move cars pretty fast. The movie theater is nice with some upscale options as burgers and craft beer. They have a Sprouts for groceries, at home for home items, Dick's for sporting goods, and several clothing outlet stores. The Barnes and Nobles is decent. I prefer their Escondido location but this is convenient when already here. The mall and the 3 adjacent malls pretty much cover the needs an average household.
