The clean up was done well, and all debris was removed from our home. The work was done flawlessly. After the painting was done you would never know there was any damage at all. More bad than good, unfortunately. The workmanship was typically good to great. Reliability,…read morecommunication, and general business conduct should be improved upon. I'm not sure any of those things are part of their thinking, despite claims to the contrary. I fired them once for not showing up and wish I had stuck to my guns. We altered our travel plans one weekend and emptied our walk-in closet expecting them to finish the upcoming Monday. They didn't show. They assured me they were all about customer satisfaction. They weren't. Pricing was quoted as being $100/hr for the team which I assumed meant husband/wife. Their initial billings seemed in line with that. They then seemed to think they could just name their price for each item piecemeal. I never agreed to that but simply hoped they would finish within a day as promised 3 times. Each time they left after a few hours or so and needed to have money for a weekend getaway. Or an I'm not leaving without this much type of demand. It all turned out to be very manipulative, and quite frankly, emotional in nature. There was also issues with poor communications and not listening to project directives. A lot of excuse making ensued. Minor additional requests became the reason for work not getting done. I paid them for far more than the time and priority they gave to our project. Broken promises caused another subcontactor to add costs for not having requisite items addressed for their visit completed. I could go on... Just a completely unprofessional experience all around.

Asked for final payment prior to the job being completed. Required redo of condo renovation by another contractor. Overall, a poor experience and would not recommend to anyone unless you're looking to throw away money and enjoy constant headaches.
