As a business owner of @servprodanecountywest we have worked with Esch Insurance for years. They have two location; Dodgeville, WI and Mount Horeb, WI. I can't say enough about their dedication to their clients. If there is a fire or water loss, they are typically on-site for their clients when our technicians are mitigating the loss. They are knowledgeable, approachable and always go above and beyond. They really care about their clients and their community. If you're looking for home, car or business insurance, I highly recommend calling Esch Insurance. read more

I am really sad to be writing this review but since changing owners we have not received 5 star…read moreservice. We have been with AFI for 17 yrs. We have 3 vehicles, a home policy and an umbrella policy. We didn't know the business was going to change hands. Before it did, we decided to make one large payment once a yr instead of 5 different policies on a monthly basis. We thought everything was taken care of and then one day we get a bill for another $600 . It turns out the previous owner, according to Adlers, didn't include one of our vehicles in the yearly payment. How they got everything else but missed one policy is up for debate. I don't know whose error it really was. But it wasn't our error. Inflation is sky high. It's Christmas time, tax time etc and now they want another $600 when we thought we were done for a yr. The new owner, Bob, didn't bother to pick up the phone and introduce himself, apologize for the error or see what assistance he could offer. We were told that if the policy would have been added to the others we could have paid around $418 instead of the $600. Alisa said she would try her best to get us the $418 price. This wasn't our error but theirs. She calls us the day before its due and says we will have to pay the $600. So much for being a good neighbor huh! Oh, that's State Farm Insurance. Wrong insurance group. Looks like it's time to find a new neighborhood. One that will be "there."

Dan is extremely knowledgeable and is great about talking you thru the options in a way that is easy to follow and relate to! There have been several times that Dan recommended coverage for our vehicles and home that we didn't even know were possible to have! If you are unsure what coverage you need or you want to review your current coverage options for the peace of mind of "do I truly have what I need" The Wiegman Group is the place to start!
