Will definitely come back again. I'm in Hounslow for the London marathon on Sunday. I just finished Berlin marathon. She definitely loosened me up.

The facility is not very big, but it is modern and kept very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. I arrived about an hour before my massage to use the steam room and unwind. The floor in the hot tub and stream room area was quite wet, so take care not to slip. I started in the steam room which was good sized and very hot. Note that this area is coed! I misunderstood the woman at the desk and thought it was female only. I entered the area naked and was the only person there. I was sitting in the steam room about 10 minutes before another woman came in wearing a bikini. She gave me a quick glance as she same in, but said nothing. A few minutes later, 3 younger guys came into the hot tub area outside of the steam room in bathing suits. Before they were able to come into the steam room, the other woman told me this is a mixed gender area and she believes that bathing suits are required. I quickly wrapped the towel I was sitting on around me before they came in. With the nakedness situation behind me, I showered in the women's locker room then waited in a robe in the relaxation room for my massage. My masseuse gathered me from the relaxation room and lead me to the treatment room. It was small, but very nice. She did a great job of asking me about areas of concern and focus for the message. She did a great job. I nearly fell asleep!

Went there to have a pedicure and manicure…read more They did my pedicure and left me waiting whilst was getting dry for 20min, when I asked if it was dry and pointed out I still needed to have my manicure done they seemed surprised, they didn't even know why I was there. I paid £30 for both, when I got home and had a look at the leaflet I noticed that if you get both done you pay £28. Last but not least, when I was getting my pedi dry I noticed the floor very dirty, full of hairs. Definetely not going back there again.

Over the past few birthdays and Christmas's I have asked for vouchers for In Harmony treatments (they are quite pricey, and I never have much money) Usually I get an Ultimate Aromatherapy Massage (1hr 15 mins for £75.00). After I came back from a weeks walking holiday in the Spanish mountains I went for the De-Stress Muscle Release (1hr 15 mins, £75.00), where I was pumelled back into shape. It was a strange combination of heavenly and painful, but I came out with restored joints. They also do a wide range of back and neck massages as well as anti-cellulite treatments, facials (the Renew Rose Facial is very popular) and pregnancy treatments. This meant that any reaction I could have had would have shown up before Denise had to put a tint on my brows. Denise was both professional and friendly throughout my treatments. She was very knowledgeable and I was very impressed with the care and attention she gave me. My eye brows were shaped and tinted just as I wanted. The pedicure was lovely and Denise advised me how to keep my feet in good condition I have already booked Denise for the same treatments again. I full would recommend her and look forward to her providing me with lots more beauty treatments.

The have a great hairdressers and get my hair cut there regularly and they do a full range of services. Upstairs they have 3 treatment rooms in which you can be pampered and pummelled, massaged and relaxed. Each room has a shower for your convenience. There is also a nail bar and they even give you a manicure whilst you have your cut. Couple all this with a typically lovely fragrance throughout the salon, helpful staff and great product range - I couldn't wish for anything better just 2 minutes from home !
