J Wright Roofing installed a roof on our new build approx 4 years ago. It has leaked ever since it…read morewas completed. It has damaged 2 ceilings, flooring and carpet, all brand new. We have contacted the company on numerous occasions to no avail. They attempted to repair the roof in a completely different colour to that originally installed, cream instead of the grey that was originally ordered. We returned home from holiday at the end of July 2013 to find the roof has leaked again! The owner, Jason Wright is very personable but becomes elusive and will not take calls from customers who have a problem. The Manager, Mark, makes appointments but does not keep them. Potential customers, beware! Jason, please, please fix our roof!
