There was a particular guitar I was asking him about and although I couldn`t remember the name, he Knew exactly which one I was talking about. The same company makes ukuleles, which I was REALLY interested in. He could have just sold me one or ordered one in for me, but he honestly spelt out the pros and cons of the particular make. I`m going back shortly to buy the Ukulele I was drooling over, and I`m sure he will put me right. Great shop !!!! I wish more were like this one

It isn't a particularly large shop but will do fine for general stationary, books and magazines. Sometimes they have pretty decent sales where you can pick up CDs of a couple of pounds but you have to pick the right moment. The staff have always been polite and efficient and seem to have plenty of experience as they know exactly where each magazine is placed the minute you ask. Over all you can't really distinguish this w h smith from all the others but it does the job just fine.

Unfortunately, this instruction was not followed. Initially, the shop staff were unrepentant but the owner then became involved, offered his help and we were given a generous refund. Every organisation makes mistakes and should only be judged by how it remedies them. Doughty's reaction was impeccable. The fabrics are excellent and as described, our charity has a donation and we can't praise them highly enough.

By 4 November I had not received the goods so I emailed the company. I received a telephone call to say that some of the items were not in stock. The lady I spoke to asked me what I wanted done about it! I said I would like my money back please. I am very concerned that a company will accept and acknowledge my order, take my money and then do nothing about contacting me to say there is a problem and to sort it out. Surely cash should not be taken until an order has been filled and despatched. I will not use this company again.

Nonetheless it turns out he was welcomed in the shop . All 3 of us had a look at the selection, we ordered our chosen rings. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Barney loved the fuss. Debit and credit cards are accepted. We did not ask about finance plans but these jewellery stores do widely offer these services, if its something you would be interested in, it is worth asking. We paid a 10% deposit only and will pay the outstanding 90% on collection of our rings. Look forward to wearing my lovely platinum and diamonds band . See you around!

The clothes seem quite unique and special, although it is expensive to shop here. There are also some gorgeous accessories, especially the handbags! Staff seem very friendly and helpful aswell.
