I told her that when I booked the appointment, I mentioned I like to meet in person. She responded that the attorney likes to take notes during the phone consultation. I replied, since I am here in person, it should make no difference. He can still take notes while discusting my case with him. She went back and informed her the attorney. He came out, dressed terribly with someyhing spelled all over his shirt. I explained to him that there must have been some sort of miscommunication, otherwise, I would not have driven for 30 minutes to his office. He told me that he will not honor our meeting because I was rude to his secretary. Really? I will never want to do business with you either. Lesson for every one: Any time you only notice 5 star reviews for any one, I don't care what they do, be aware!

My trusted Attorney for more than a decade: Don't allow his modesty or the fact that he does not…read more"price gouge" people underestimate his legal brilliance, the ethical and moral values of such a unique and difficult to find professional are rare. Some people actually "do what they do because they are passionate about it and care about others" not to self-seek publicity or overly enrich themselves at the expense of others. I hope that my contribution is helpful in deciding if Attorney Gross is the right attorney for you. If you are a honest, sincere individual who has suffered setbacks in your life you will pleasantly discover you not only retained (in my opinion) the most qualified bankruptcy attorney in the State of Florida, but the most modest, kind, supportive and understanding man who empathizes with what your going through as a person, emotionally, legally and financially. Make no mistake about it, there are thousands of attorneys on billboards, TV, radio, you name it - I very seriously question who's benefit they have in mind. Yours or building their own fortunes off the backs of those suffering and struggling. With Attorney Gross, I *AM* uniquely qualified to speak to him. I have worked with attorneys rated among the most influential in Orlando in their high-rise offices charging more per hour than an average person takes home in a week. My personal experience has been most are morally corrupt; the only commonality I observed was greed and dishonesty; how they achieved their positions is beyond me, my opinion having actually employed them was that when complex knowledge of the Law was imperative, a first year law school graduate would put me more at ease. You will NOT find Attorney Gross on billboards, television and radio stations across the State - occasionally he will publicly post answers to legal questions that an individual may be to shy to ask an Attorney - not for only for his clients but for everyone asking themselves the same thing but uncomfortable to do so in person. Matt Gross cares about his clients as "individuals" not as "account numbers" and his team of professional staff have stayed at his side as long as I can remember. I was very fortunate to cross paths when he was a fresh new attorney and I had no idea where his future (or mine) would lead. What he does NOT publicly grandstand is his brilliance and command of the Law. Since I have known Attorney Gross he has been offered, even accepted "Partnership" positions with coveted firms most Legal Professionals aspire their entire careers to even have an association with, let alone be a Partner as opposed to an employee or associate. However, Attorney Gross rejected that and has remained true to his roots, his beliefs, and his moral compass that has guided him for as many years as I have known him. "People before profit", professional relationships with clients, taking the time to know them as individual people not account numbers. This gentleman is a brilliant attorney whose motivation is to "do what is right" not to enrich himself at the expense of others or smugly see his face plastered on billboards. He most definitely has the intellect to do so, of that I have no doubt. My impression after more than a decade is that Attorney Gross cares and is passionate about helping others with a desire to better their lives. He is a very giving man to his community as well, I will not show disrespect by rattling off examples - some people prefer too be "unsung heroes" who derive purpose and satisfaction by living their lives in a manner consistent with their upbringing. One final thought, while he is an "expert" on Federal Bankruptcy, he is extremely knowledgeable in many areas. Don't be shy about asking - if he is not he will tell you so. I prefer to associate with someone who has solid beliefs and ethics and charges a honest and affordable fee when with his vast knowledge and experience he could just as easily be a talking head billboard attorney. He still follows the moral compass he was raised to believe in.

Brian Miller is a hidden gem!…read more I was referred through an online system while searching for answers to a legal issue. He contacted me within the hour to see how exactly he could help me. He was very flexible in allowing me to decide how to communicate - through phone, email, or office meeting. After asking a few questions to make sure he could help, I opted for an office meeting. I know that many attorneys have a reputation for being assertive and pushy in order to gain clients but that is not the case with Mr. Miller. He simply shares his knowledge and expertise and he has developed a wonderful balance of listening vs talking in order to develop the best course of action for each situation. When I left his office the first time, I had a better understanding of my options and was not put under pressure to retain his services...in fact, I didn't on that visit as I needed time to think and process before deciding. What I appreciate the most is that Mr. Miller allowed me this time without blowing up my phone. After about a week, I emailed him to let him know that I would like to hire him. He immediately put me on his schedule and let me know in detail the items I needed to bring to get started. So far, it has been an easy and enjoyable experience and I feel confident that Brian Miller has everything taken care of, which for me is extremely important since I don't usually trust others to act on my behalf. He makes himself available to his clients, even at his busiest, and I don't ever feel unimportant or neglected. I will be sure to follow up my review once my case has been completed.

I am a single mom going through tough financial times after my divorce. I was beginning to lose hope that I would ever be able to stay in the house my kids grew up in. My mortgage had changed hands four times in one year, and the adjustable interest rate was too high at 11.8%. I wasn't able to make the payments by myself anymore, and Citibank (Bank of America) would not help me with a loan modification. Then a friend told me to talk to Charlie to see if he could help me.I can't tell you how much I appreciate my friend, and Charlie for taking my case! He has given me hope that I may someday soon be able to keep my house. Charlie was able to put a stop to the foreclosure proceedings and I have been able to live in my house for years while the case is pending. Now that my financial situation is better Charlie is working on helping me to get a loan modification at an unbelievable rate! I never thought this would have been a possibility a couple of years ago. But now things are looking up and I am excited for this process to be coming to a close, with the end result being that the kids and I will be able to stay in our home forever. Thank you Charlie and the Price Law firm for being on my side!

They are holding my insurance check ransom and insist that I deposit it into their trust account. I was not given any updates except 3 canceled depositions, no interim invoices, no notice of my rights. This is a joke of a law firm and I would not use them for anything except a traffic ticket. I have asked for a detailed bill and i'm still waiting 2 weeks later. Looks like they are no different then the crooks they represent CMR Roofing. They can not and did not provide a detailed invoice after WEEKS of asking for it. Shady as $hit

To preface, this is without a doubt the law firm you NEED to use!!…read more The reason I say this is because this company is relentless with getting the results you (as their client) deserve & so much more! I live in Fort Lauderdale and was able to locate The Cohen Law Group after my then-homeowners insurance company (now defunct FedNat) refused to provide me the proper coverage I had paid them for after it was determined that my original Spanish-tile roof (built in 2000) was failing after Hurricane Ian passed. I initially filed a claim with FedNat due to water incessantly leaking inside my home's living room whenever it rained, they had sent their adjusters, and after their analysis, mailed me a check for $200....are you kidding me!? That was when I knew I needed expert help in these types of situations, and that's when the Cohen Law Group stepped in. Christopher Cohen was assigned to my case, and he was beyond amenable to my needs. He explained things to me regarding my case in a clear & concise manner, and made sure I was fully aware of every facet of my case. He made it extremely convenient for me to get a hold of him if I had any additional questions at any time regarding my case, and he even provided me with his personal cell. Chris & his litigation assistant Erica Whitlock had made an amazing team for my needs, both keeping me updated every step of the way. When my case was initially filed, that was inconveniently the same time when FedNat had declared insolvency, and I was almost sure I would be stuck-out-of-luck. Fortunately, Chris & Erica both reassured me we still had a tenable case, as we can continue our litigation towards FedNat's parent company FIGA. Although the case took over 2 years to to get settled, it resultantly was, and was well worth the wait! The final payout from FIGA was more than enough to cover the cost of my brand-new Spanish tile roof over my 2200 sqft home, and it is all due to the hard-work, determination, and brilliance of the Cohen Law Group! Thank you so much again Christopher Carey, Erica Whitlock, and the rest of The Cohen Law Group for not only meeting, but completely transcending my overall needs regarding my claim! If anyone reading this post is still searching for their legal expert, please stop now, because you have just found the ONLY experts you will EVER need to be able to settle your legal claim as favorably & expeditiously as possible! They are my legal team for life!! :)))
