I have worked with and around your company for a lot of years , and had the up most respect for…read moreyour dad , the chair he designed was such a great impact on everyone, he is a very caring person and will always be in my memories when he should me the track chair unforgettable, I know that this might have been an oversight with my wife's uncles 2022 ranger he purchased from action , guys it eats me every day I think about this , he doesn't have a lot and after loseing his license and having to sell his truck, he intrusted you to help make the best decision in his purchase, that's all he had, I'm not going to go into details , I'm not that person , you all know the details , I guess I just want to know what has happened to our caring and not the almighty dollar , especially maybe overcharged who knows but 5 miles after he feel and wouldnt purchase it back , saying it had 2 many miles, I'm not saying any more I expected better , it's just hard to swallow knowing you all for many years and to have come to this , in disbel , in short uncle lost his license due to age , therefore had to sell his truck and that's all this man had , it was his life so after selling the truck he had said he was going to action sports to get a Ranger , I had heard what he was dying and felt comfortable with him going there , because I knew the owners and he would be in good hands and Chris the manager there all good guys, well didn't really hear anymore for my uncle except he bought a machine a few days later he feel and broke the main vertibra in his neck , which almost paralyzed him and an extensive stay in hospital and assisted living it still has not healed and cannot ride in a vehicles such as the one he had purchased, he wanted to sell it back to the company that sold it to him Action Sports. They sold him a 2022 ranger 1000 with 7800 miles for $ 15000 he put 5 miles on it , with action knowing what had happened , there words were it has to many miles on it they don't want it , he had it for 5 days before the accident , so he found someone to purchase it a competing company , they showed what the unit was worth and gave him $ 7500. If that was all it was worth then Action must have thought it was a great machine to sell it so high or did they stick it to an 81 year I old man and then turn there backs on him , this is not the action sports I remember and when did we stop standing by our sales and buy charging so much and thinking it was a special machine , no I believe they found a sucker and didn't give a dam, I called them personally and explained what had happened thinking once looking into it they would call me back with some resolution, I did get a call back to there resolution, prett much nothing had been done wrong, I never told them they did anything wrong , but wanted them out of there own mouths to be the stand up company I remember and stand by there sales i was wrong and it didn't happen, never thought I would say this but this would've never happened if it was still owned by the previous owner, it seems anymore it's not about building relationships with the people u sell to but instead it's about the al mighty dollar and who we can take to the cleaners and it's not only this company but look around there's a lot more out there . Sorry for venting but watch your backs on every company u might deal with . what has happened to integrity, Larry S

We would leave a zero if it was available. Bought a triton snowmobile trailer in 2000. The salesman…read morekept bringing up that it had a lifetime warranty on the plywood deck for rot and delamination. Called to have the bed replaced with the lifetime warranty. I was told they quit selling triton trailers 5 years ago. I was told by customer service that they could not do any service work or do the replacement, period, as this was new ownership and any prior customers were not going to be taken care of. Well that says it all, even the local dealers don't feel the need to take care of past customers. You hear the boating, UTV, 4 wheeler, snowmobile businesses say buy local and this is the perfect example of why you need to buy at the best price you can, even if that means in the twin cities, you don't get any better service locally than you do anywhere else. Lesson learned.

Do NOT bring anything to this place for service!! My teenage son received a Yamaha YZ125 through…read morethe Make A Wish foundation and it was presented at this shop late last fall. My son rode it 2 times at the end of last fall and then we brought it in for routine maintenance, per the owners manual, after the "breaking in" of the engine. Part of that routine maintenance was to change the transmission oil. This shop drained the transmission oil but never put any oil back in the transmission and listed the job as completed on the receipt for service, and also listed the wrong oil, per Yamaha's recommended oil for the transmission. My son got on the bike for the first time this season and the transmission seized due to the negligence of the shop. We brought the bike back to them so they could fix what they screwed up and they complained that they didn't make any money from the sale through the Make A Wish Foundation and made it quite clear they are angry about not profiting from that. The manager and service writer are bey rude and combative and stated they do not "give in" to customers who received negligent service that results in damage and again how they didn't make any money from Make A Wish. They checked the oil while we were there and it was bone dry, as I had discovered prior to bringing it back to them. They said they would take a look inside to see how bad the damage was and get back to me in a week or so. the next day the manager calls me and tells me there is now damage to the outside of the bike, which there was not when we dropped it off. They kicked my son's bike over and damaged pedals and the radiator and then the manager accused my son of doing this and then draining the oil from the transmission in order to blame the shop. This place is in the practice of committing fraud and maliciously damaging property. They are rude, combative and attacking to customers and they are dishonest. What kind of person does this to a CHILD?!?!?!? What kind of business does this to a CHILD?!?!?! They badmouthed Yamaha, stated they are angry about not profiting from Make A Wish, and then intentionally and maliciously caused great damage to my son's bike and then blamed my son. This place behaves like criminals and needs to be shut down and the people involved in the damage to my son's BRAND NEW 2024 Yamaha YZ125 should be criminally charged!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR THINGS HERE FIR SERVIC!!
