He barely looked in the house where I was just finishing a very pricey remodel. He spent so little time on the house that my daughter had to clarify how many bedrooms and how many bathrooms. His appraisal came in $100,000 less than an appraisal. I had done four years ago before I spent over 200,000 on improvements, including generators and water tanks. His appraisal focused on an outbuilding that I had been planning to replace. Between his low ball appraisal and his focus on the negative, my entire refinance had fallen through. Additionally, he charged me $350 to come back to verify that the faucets and lights in the remodel had been finished. He was rude, very negative, and clearly is not an advocate for his customers. This appraisal is part of the public record and has hurt me financially, not to mention ruined my chances at refinancing my house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.!!!! YOU WILL REGRET WASTING YOUR MONEY ON NORCAL APPRAISERS!!!!

Not only did Chris schedule with me after hours, he had that report turned submitted within 24 hours!!! I don't know who's going to give you service like THAT! Good luck finding someone!
