As a result of several moves I've had 4 or 5 agents over the 40 years and I can honestly say that Jonathan Yu is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. It is hard to document specifics regarding Jonathan, because he refuses to talk with his customers. I've been a client of his for over 4 years and I don't if he actually exists, because despite numerous requests to discuss issues with him, he hides behind his office staff. If you are looking for an insurance agent that you can actually discuss issues with, please do yourself a favor and consider other agents.

I always tell people who think they are getting a bargain on their insurance that it's not going to seem like a bargain when they go to file a claim and they are denied or not fully insured.
