I then began searching for a new attorney and spoke with several specialists before finding Ann Gottesman. From our very first phone conversation and meeting at her office, I knew I could completely trust her with my case. After thoroughly reviewing my situation, Ann honestly explained that because of my prior record and the circumstances of my case, the chances of getting my charge reduced were extremely low. She was straightforward and did not want me to spend unnecessary attorney fees pursuing unrealistic expectations. Even so, I asked her to continue and do everything possible for my case. Throughout the entire process, Ann guided me step by step and clearly explained everything I needed to do. English is my second language, but she always took the time to make sure I fully understood every detail. She consistently kept me informed about updates in my case and responded promptly whenever I texted or emailed her. Ann is calm, knowledgeable, professional, and highly respected. It was clear to me that her experience and communication skills carried significant weight with the district attorney's office. After nearly a year of persistent work -- including personal conversations, texts, and emails with the district attorney supervisor -- she was eventually able to negotiate a reduced charge for my case. One thing I learned from this experience is how important it is to have an attorney who is familiar with the court system, judges, and district attorneys. Everything I read in Ann's reviews turned out to be completely true. By the end of my case, the outcome itself almost became secondary because I was so impressed by Ann's dedication, honesty, and hard work. She truly treated my case as if she genuinely cared about me as a person, not just as a client. She went above and beyond in every aspect and even continued to help and support me after the case was over. Ann deserves far more than 5 stars -- not only because she achieved a favorable result, but because she truly cares about her clients. If you need legal representation, I highly recommend Ann Gottesman. She is the one attorney who will genuinely help and support you every step of the way.

I don't write many reviews, but after the outcome of my case, I felt David Russomanno deserved one…read more I am an attorney myself, so I am extremely particular about who I trust to represent me. This was also not an ordinary legal matter. It was a highly contested dual restraining order case with significant personal and professional consequences for me, and the outcome was extremely important. I was the person who originally filed for a restraining order. After my petition was filed, the other party filed a competing restraining order request against me. In my view, the other petition essentially took many of the issues and allegations I had raised, mirrored them back against me, and created a false and misleading narrative portraying me as the wrongdoer. Suddenly, I wasn't just pursuing my own restraining order--I also had to defend myself against serious allegations that I knew were not true. Being an attorney didn't make that easier. In some ways, it made it more difficult. When someone is making false statements about you and your reputation and career are potentially at stake, your instinct is to respond to everything and immediately correct every misrepresentation. This is where David's representation really made a difference. From the beginning, David had a strategy and a plan. He understood that we couldn't simply react to every accusation the other side made. We needed to take control of the narrative, establish the chronology of what actually happened, identify the inconsistencies in the competing petition, organize the evidence, and present the complete story to the court. As a lawyer myself, there were certainly times when I had my own ideas about how we should respond or what we should emphasize. But I also recognized that I was personally invested in the case and needed someone who could remain objective. I trusted David's judgment, followed his guidance, and allowed him to execute the strategy we had developed. That trust paid off. When it came time for the hearing, we were prepared. David was able to cut through what could easily have become a confusing "he said/she said" situation involving two competing restraining order petitions. David was able to join the cases before the first hearing date. Then at the hearing he first succeeded in modifying the other party's temporary orders by presenting the evidence and sequence of events in a way that allowed the court to understand what had actually occurred and see through the false narrative being presented against me. After David modified the temporary order the other party wanted a 2nd call to speak to David and he persuaded the party to drop their restraining order. Looking back, I have an even greater appreciation for David's strategy. He wasn't concerned with winning every small argument or reacting emotionally to every allegation. He was thinking several steps ahead and positioning the case so that when it mattered most--in front of the judge--we were ready. As a fellow attorney, I understand the difference between simply knowing the law and knowing how to strategically litigate a difficult case. When you're personally involved, however, maintaining that same objectivity becomes incredibly difficult. David provided that objectivity while also understanding just how important the outcome was to me. This case had enormous personal and professional importance to me. I put my trust in David Russomanno's judgment, preparation, and strategy, and he delivered the result we were working toward. As both a client and a fellow attorney, I highly recommend David. If you are dealing with a complicated or highly contested restraining order matter--particularly one involving competing allegations--you want someone who can look beyond the accusations, focus on the evidence, develop a strategy, and effectively present the true story to the court. That's exactly what David did for me.

I came in anxious and overwhelmed, and he genuinely helped ease my nerves just by explaining things plainly and giving me the confidence to move forward. It's rare to find an attorney who leads with both expertise and compassion. Even though my issue wasn't technically in his wheelhouse, he still made sure I left with real answers and a better path forward. I'm extremely grateful for his time and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive legal help.

A few reasons why Mo and his team get 5 stars, this is not an exhaustive list:…read more 1. Hard working. Mo was more focused and prepared than most lawyers I've observed. He did what he said he could do. 2. Life experience. This is a big one. Mo has the discernment necessary to see what is real and what is "spin" - and if unconvinced, he will sniff it out because he's paying attention. This is truly valuable when you haven't violated any rules/are innocent and are caught in the crosshairs of any group or system that needs a target and their desperate eyes are on you. 3. Elegant and smart. These qualities seem to go hand-in-hand. Always prepared, neat as a pin, and a realist that understands the players involved, their goals, and if there is any intersection with the law. 4. Loyal and doesn't give up, even when people you're dealing with ran a sloppy investigation and then created evidence to make their chosen narratives appear logical. He is unflappable in the face of all kinds of violations of professional and personal conduct by the other side. This steadfastness was very helpful to me, as I am inclined to lose my mind over the 2+2 = 63 math exhibited by the process and its players. 5. Respectful of others, including when dealing with people than ran said sloppy investigation or performed said violations/bad math. They don't like their sloppiness/lack of integrity seeing the light of day, so it has to be done respectfully and carefully, if at all. We had to ignore a lot of violations. 6. Professional and calm. Mo was prepared, boundaried, and truthful. He and I were often the only people in the room that didn't look and sound like we were sniffing glue just before court. Thank you. I was herded into an unwinnable situation. Even if I eventually "won" - the damage that had been done (to others, not just me) at that point was epic and winning would still be a net loss. There are situations and institutions that create losers out of everyone and mine was one of those situations. But, Mo is a winner. Even though my situation was something out of a Hollywood movie nightmare, Mo displayed the above (#1-6) qualities, outclassed everyone, and helped me to accept the wins and losses this situation offered. I am really proud of Mo's work and how he conducted himself in the face of profound misplaced aggression. He never turned to defeat. He defended. I don't think anyone could have done a better job than he did (working within the rules) and that's what I want - someone who plays by the rules and does the right thing, even in the face of a kangaroo court that decides on an illogical and illegal course of action over Margaritas the night before. Most times in life, it's not what happens, it's how you deal with what happens. No regrets hiring Mo Abuershaid and his team. Mo is one of the good guys and I wish the world was filled with people (and professionals) like him.

It has taking me a little bit of time to be able to write this review of The All Trial lawyers, and…read moreMo. My life was turned upside down by police banging on my door looking for a family member one late evening in October of 2021, before that a lawyer hadn't even been in my thought processes, after calling almost 50 lawyers by the grace of god Mo came into our lives. On Thanksgiving day we found out serious charges were being filed, he was the only lawyer that actually got back to me on that day, (the holiday) and was very adamant that things be started right away, in order to keep my loved one out of jail he explained all the processes to us and was very kind and patient with us during this whole ordeal, every question we had every suggestion anything we had to say was heard and answered in less time then I ever expected. He answered or returned every phone call we all made and was able to make this whole terrifying ordeal bearable. Mo has gone above and beyond what any lawyer would do . He worked tirelessly through holidays, and weekends and still managed to keep us in the loop of every meeting with the D.A. My fiancée passed away in the middle of this nightmare and Mo with his quiet confidence was there more like family then a hired attorney. I know that there is light at the end of my loved ones tunnel because of him. He fought for him and got a better outcome than we could have imagined. I am thankful people like Mo exist because without his help and support and just being an amazing lawyer this could have ended in a much worse way. I read through what felt like a million yelp reviews of countless lawyers becoming more and more frustrated and desperate, by funny coincidence Mo answered a questionnaire I had sent to him on his website twice before I finally answered. If you take anything away from my honest review of this amazing man take this .....you will not be in better hands Mo is your man! With all my heart I pray you believe in the faith he bestowed in me I will ALWAYS recommend Mo and The ALL Trial group My family and I are grateful to him. You are a blessing, Michael and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts Mo.
