Working with Corey was like working with a ghost. I ended up leaving and going to another agent and out of the blue almost a month later he asked me if I am still looking to purchase a home. I told him the truth that I went with another realtor and he said hes "owed money". I'll be sure to follow up with many more negative reviews for him on other platforms to beware others of this tactic of getting first time home buyers to just "sign away" and not get any service. Now on top of trying to pay closing costs I have to reach deeper into my pocket to pay this guy. If you ask me some of these realtors (like this one) are just casting lines to see who signs on the dotted line to catch dumb first time home buyers just to get a piece of the large loan they will most likely have their entire lives....Corey DIDNT help me, he just cast a line out in hopes to get a bite.

If…read moreyou ever can get through to ask about a property you will be told "we are not showing that property until the end of the month. I will let you know when". And then nothing but deafening silence. It got so bad that if I saw these jokers were representing a property I would just scratch it off the list and not even bother. I don't think this is what owners/landlords are looking for when they hire a property management company. I can only imagine what hell you would go through as a renter trying to reach them with a problem or issue. Do yourself a favor and just say no.
