As a responsible home owner, we also got quotes from other companies. I sent the estimator an email telling him we had chosen another company for the roof job but hasnt received his quote fir the basement. He responded that he was waiting on my decision on the roof and that Head's would pass on even quoting on the basement project. I feel this is unprofessional and vindictive. Their price on the roof was 10% higher than one of the other companies we received a quote from.

We have had many staff changes over the years and they were not always positive but changes are a way of life. We currently have an amazing staff. There are times that we want things done that are not possible. Our staff does everything in their power to meet our needs. In many instances their hands are tied by the property owners. When you want some changes made remember the staff here does not make the final decisions so be kind to them they are doing the best they can. We do have an amazing community. We are safe, we do not have issues with the residence here, we can walk or enjoy our porches, look around and be thankful for what we do have here.
