To be fair, they can hook you up to CPAs and attorneys that you may need if you do nit have your own yet but cannot vouch on these people either as I have not utilized this service. But based on poor qualoty of experience, will be wary. 2. Beware that when you terminate service contract with them, they will continue to charge their fees to your brokerage account at Scottrade as your account is opened through them as advisor, even if they are not doing anything/ money just sitting in the account and you already signed papers to tell them not to manage your account anymore. Thus, move all your money out pronto when you want to terminate. They will not refund you if you do not move money out even with written and signed statement by both parties of said termination. This reflects lack of integrity. 3. I had to remind them what things maybe done to improve tax efficiencies, instead of the other way around, which is very disconcerting.
