I felt safe buying from these guys because they had a guarantee for a full refund for fakes, but even though I had written expert opinions saying their dating was wrong, they would not agree to even read the appraisals and refused a refund outright. The company knew that I was outside the EU and therefore could not take legal action. Avoid at all costs. These guys give the antiques industry a bad name.
