But what makes me angry and embarrassed is that one of the assistants inside has an extremely bad attitude! She is rude and uncommunicative !! When I politely asked her to fill out the FMLA form (my brother's work leave application for taking care of me), she said "No! Absolutely not!" with the attitude of a supreme commander, interrupted my request directly, and shouted and ordered me to listen to her ! I didn't even have a chance to explain! OMG! I have never seen such a rude and rude person! Excuse me, let me be frank: she is simply a hooligan ! Medical institutions are places to care for and help patients recover. How can such a savage get in? ? Destroy the good impression of the entire hospital ?!?!

Dr. Weinstein is fantastic, great bedside manner and always willing to listen. His staff is…read moretypically good (like anywhere else there are those having a bad day, less motivated than the rest, etc.) and the issues are always limited to the office staff. The nurses are amazing, the office is in great shape every time. We've been going for years, preferred the old office because it was less busy, but can't be too picky about that.

This is Dr Weinstein, about whom I've written a detailed review. Weinstein seemed like a good Dr,…read morebut I am not impressed with the staff. Office manager is rude, receptionists are lazy. Never notified me of a blood test til I was in the examining room, so I didn't fast, and results are outlier to past 15 yrs of tests, completely worthless. Been weeks still waiting for the visit summary staff promised to mail me. Took 2 months to get an appointment as a new patient, new ins co assigned him as a primary. Office is also a pediatric practice, so I got to share a small waiting room with a bunch of sick kids. I was scared to touch anything in there. It's almost too bad the Dr is nice, good thing I don't need a referral for in network specialists, and crystal run urgent care is good, so with any luck I'll never have to go back here. UPDATE: called about the visit summary. Spoke to office manager on the phone she was kind and apologetic . Considered perhaps I had rushed to judgment about the staff. Called back again to confirm it had actually gone out, asked for the office manager, was put on hold a very very long time. Dr Weinstein Himself comes on the phone, very surprising, thanked him and told him how much I appreciated him taking the time to resolve things himself. He was snarky and sarcastic on the phone, at first tried blaming me for error made by staff (how is it my fault they never mailed me the visit summary? They mailed me test results, why was summary not included with them when I had specifically explained at the visit when and why I needed it - BTW at crystal run you get the visit summary on your way out the door from your appointment not 2-3 weeks later) Anyway, dr weinstein ended up adopting that know it all attitude that infuriates people with drs. I couldn't help thinking I can't believe ppl bring children to this guy, maybe he just has issues with adult patients idk. The doctors attitude and behavior has convinced me to go elsewhere.

I would give this a half star if I could…read more I've been coming here a few years for athletes foot and nail fungus. The Dr put me on the lamisil pill and it worked and cleared up the nail fungus on my left foot. I also was using formula 3 topical nail meds. The formula 3 cost $45 a pop and is not covered under any insurance. When I ask months later if I could go back on the meds to clear up my right foot of nail fungus the doctor told me if it didn't clear up in the first place it won't if I take the pills again. They changed the formula 3 nail stuff to Clarus insuring me that it was the same stuff. This was also $45 a pop. Btw it's not exactly the same because it's missing a few natural ingredients. So I run out of Clarus and call to get more. I wait 2 weeks and call once a week to see of it's in. NO Dice. My nails looks horrible and I call my old doctor and make an appointment. My old doc tells me YOU CAN be on that Lamasil pill but u can only take it once a year. So my other doc lied. Also, they have the formula 3 and it's only $36 and not $45!!! I was over joyed. Personally not only was I being ripped off for the formula 3 but I have a feeling they just wanted my nails NOT to heal so I can buy their overpriced nail products. Do not go here. Ever. Go to family Footcare. They have a bunch of offices. Don't get ripped off! Go to a doctor that cares about your feet!!!!
