Awesome professional service with great crew!! My go to handyman for my rental properties in Lake…read moreCounty. Takes care of everything!! Decks, Fences, Dump Runs, Weed Wacking. Thank You Russell!!

This past winter our home in Clearlake, California was covered in about 6 inches of fresh snow…read more The snow took down several tree branches from our neighbor's trees and deposited them in our driveway and yard. This was really an emergency situation and Russell was about to come out here on Sunday afternoon and save our bacon. Our driveway needs to be clear not just for us, but our business has daily UPS pick up and they would not come down the driveway for our pick up. Again Russell took care of the hanging branches and downed ones too, all in three and a half hours. We were so pleased we are going to go with Hartzell's for a complete property line overhang clearing in the spring. Any tree problem you have, do not hesitate to call Hartzell's Handyman Services. Russell was a life saver for us this weekend, and we can't thank him enough. And then . . . It seems like the trouble from this year's freak snow storms just keeps coming. After the most recent heavy snow we had a large branch take out our PG&E service entrance power mast as well as the power line from the pole itself. As always Russell came through like the champ he is in the end. While Russell is not an electrician himself, he does have a network of people that he works with and was able to recommend a man who was both highly competent but really cares about his clients. Through his efforts we were able to get our power reconnected two days earlier than PG&E's earliest estimate. When you have no power two days, in the freezing winter weather, means a lot. We expect to be fully back in our home in two days, just in time for the next storm. Russell, have the chainsaw standing by! All kidding aside, Russell is tops in my book and there is nothing he won't do to make sure that he takes care of his customers. I give him my highest personal and professional recommendation and look forward to our next project together in the spring. Thank you Russell, again you came through with actions when others just talked. Nearly a month later . . . A delivery company unexpectedly dropped off three hundred pounds of stuff and left it in the rain! I need help fast, I was closing out a piece of property in Grass Valley and needed the boxes moved when I got back into town this week. Russell is in the middle of a new, big job, but he took time out of that to help me out with the boxes. My wife and I could never have moved them, but Russell and his friend make fast work of it. They had solved me nightmare of a problem in about 10 minutes. If you know what you need, call Russell. If you don't know what you need, still call Russell. The man has a lifetime of experience and is there to help, and I can now say for sure no job is too big or too small. I have had other handymen just say NO if I offered a small job. This was a small job, just moving two boxes, but Russell was there for us. If you need any of the services he offers, he is the best without doubt. You ask me, I know.
