We believed this because we took the vinyl sample home, which was solid and were assured by the two sales associates that it would feel the same as the sample. My wife actually asked both of the sales associates if the floor would feel solid and be strong enough, as we have heavy furniture and her husband could lose a few pounds. Again, she was told it would feel solid, just like the sample, no problem. This has nothing to do with the sample being attached to a solid display board either, obviously. Our foundation is solid too. We noticed pretty quickly upon installation that this type of vinyl is for floating floors only and feels like an entirely different product. It's certainly not a firm or solid feel by any means, more like walking on a gym mat as the floor is not supposed to be firm. We returned to the store for what we thought would be an easy return or exchange, maybe a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, we were met by the owner Nick Beno, who was less than welcoming. When I explained to Nick that we relied on his 2 sales reps to give us accurate information about the flooring and that we needed to choose a different product now, his reply incredibly was "you should've done your own research, good luck going through the manufacturer". He refused to exchange the product or accept a return. That told me everything I needed to know about Beno's Flooring. He also said if I would've used the store's installer instead of just purchasing the flooring by itself, this wouldn't have happened. As if that would somehow change the flooring his associates convinced us to buy. Crooked to say the least. As someone who loves to support local business, this service was shameful. Buyer beware!

If he's not available when I need him, I simply wait until he is. Tile is meant for an expert that knows the quality of the tile, the grout, sealant, installation, and more and there isn't anything else that gets more wear and tear than your floor and/or tile shower. LTD has proven that they are professional, work harder and faster than many other tile companies out there with reasonably low prices (I learned the hard way not to go lowest bidder with tile) and extremely high quality installation. They always finish faster than expected and clean up the mess that installing tile makes. I can't wait to purchase a home with a backyard so I can have him tile a custom outdoor BBQ area. Some of the tile jobs he has done for me including my personal condo was over 9 years ago and still looks great. When you have some tenants that ruined the carpet I went straight to Aaron and asked about tiling my entire condo. He finished in a few days and has remained in great shape for 9 years. Always looking forward to flooring because I know my jobs are getting closer to being finished and ready to sell or rent. I would honestly not recommend anyone else after working with LTD.
