Jeff is an outstanding and a first class person. Jeff is thoughtful, kind, and non judgmental. He was considerate of the various complexities of both my personal and business tax needs. Jeff was patient with me as I navigated Quickbooks and offered gentle encouragement when I most needed it. My name is Jeff Koran. I live in MN and started Epic Tax Prep in 2009. I have served clients all over the world using a SecureFilePro (portal). I use Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle. I have been preparing business and individual tax returns since the 2006 tax year. My goal is to provide a service that meets your needs. I would love an opportunity to have you as part of the Epic Tax Prep family. I love serving businesses as well as individuals for their tax preparation needs. I feel it is very important to establish a long term business relationship. The more I get to know you and your financial situation over the years, the better we can plan. Feel free to call or email me and we can at least say hello! My average fees for business and personal range from about $350-$660. My individual fee starts at $270 and business fee starts at $370. I've been a customer here for years, that is until I moved and had to get a checking account at a different bank to better accommodate me. They are a pretty reasonable bank. A lot of their standard charges, and finance charges are all pretty close to many other major bank changes and others in the town. They do a lot of business here.. in Ashland, and many of the surrounding towns. The bank also has branches in Washburn, Mellen, Glidden, and Butternut Wisconsin. (there may even be more, but I am not that sure) The main branch is in Ashland, and the bank itself is pretty big. It is located in an older, very beautiful building right downtown Ashland.. Easy for everyone to get to!

I cleared all my Credit Cards thru them and they were my business bank. Some years I did close to 2 mill in the trenches of JFS. They right now are refusing to work with us on our house mortgage and are threatening to foreclose. We owe less than 100,000 thou and REDFIN estimate is $255.144. They treat me like a stupid woman and have threatened to call the police when I try to reason with them. I call this bank, The Good Old Boys bank. YEEEKS! Run the other way, before they get you in their trap and you can't get out.

The clubhouse and amenities are great if you dock at Pike's Bay Marina…read more Attached is a photo of the pool and the beautiful scenery behind it. (Pretty sure it's heated! At least the temperature was perfect when we were using it.) Everything is clean and security is nice so you don't feel like anybody can just walk right in and use everything. At the clubhouse, there is a great area upstairs for hanging out and eating - a nice well-stocked kitchen - and everything you need to grill!

I ordered a charging kit for my 5hp Honda. I. decided after it came that I'd like them to install…read moreit. After five hours of labor I get a call telling me they'd need to modify the engine to accommodate the charging kit that wasn't even the right one. The manager at the time told me that if I would have had them install it from the start I wouldn't have to pay half the labor. Do you suppose they could have checked with Honda about the right kit and refunded me for the wrong one. Instead it was on me - at least for half. Those marinas are like casino's. They make money whatever.

If you love to fish, you are right on Chequamegon Bay, one of the top rated Smallmouth Bass fisheries in the United States. This area is much safer than other areas to boat in because of the Apostle Islands and Chequamegon Bay (sheltered from the main lake).
