The wrecked plane was fascinating. we also learned how Marjorie Stoneham Douglas saved the everglades with an assist from President Nixon. Pricey but well worth the money vs. the cheap non-private airboat rides that focus more on thrilling boat ride than wildlife. The grandchildren loved it and Wayne seemed to enjoy sharing his knowledge with them.

Tito captained a 12-passenger pontoon boat that we had chartered through other professionals he knew and often works with - evidencing his user-friendliness, professionalism, and ability to coordinate with others in the boating community. He arrived early at the pickup point we had coordinated in advance with him and the boat owner, ensuring that all was in order from the first moment, consistent with his effort in our planning stages. Tito was a great communicator on WhatsApp - a behavior for which any organizer will be grateful - in anticipation of our arrival in Florda, upon our arrival in Florida as we prepared final arrangements for our boating evening, and as we set underway that evening. He is technologically capable, has good suggestions, and made a real effort to straighten out our deficient bus driver who lacked correct directions (thanks Tito for trying, repeatedly!). Transparently, my budget was tighter than what a trip of the magnitude I wanted would cost with Debra. Like I recently told her, I will be using her services in my lifetime, just not this next trip.

They could make suggestions for additional activities but that would be on our own dime and not included in the package. The first problem was: to get this trip back on budget, what would they be taking away if I was already feeling underwhelmed. The second problem was: I did some research after our meeting and found that the trip as they presented is significantly less if I were to book it myself. At that price difference I could go on two trips to Italy. They are standing firm on their policy that their deposit is non-refundable - Buyer beware! I have now booked a trip with a different travel agency that does not charge a deposit, itemized every item for me, and made sure I felt comfortable before ever charging my card. Also, my current trip costs a fraction of the price so I can go again next year and the year after at this rate. I don't regret my decision to choose a different company.

We had so much fun! The staff was incredible. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Roberto who took care of our room and helped us was so kind and attentive and quick to help. Faith who often worked the ice cream station in the buffet area was sooo sweet. Her Smile and energy lights up the whole room. She was very friendly and personable. Antonia who I met on the pool deck as she was mopping Was very kind and a hard worker. I started Conversation with her and It was great getting to know her. Tamia who worked in the spa was very lovely. When she saw me, her face lit up and she pointed to her gap in her teeth and from then on we connected. I also have a gap in my two front teeth and so she was connecting with me on that and it just felt very wholesome. I truly loved getting to see each of these individuals every day. There were other staff members that were absolutely incredible as well, and I was just unable to catch their names and make good conversation with them. these individuals for sure deserve a raise. They worked so hard and really just made the experience so amazing. Everything was so smooth. I was kind of concerned about figure out where to go for our excursion one day and there was just no reason for me to worry at all because they just helped with every detail. They put a card in our room that told us exactly what to do and it was so smooth. The food was also absolutely delicious. They blew me away with the buffet. I did not know exactly what to expect but there were so many was almost overwhelming. There's lots to choose from! The shows that we got to go to, like the comedian, the magician and the and show. They were all really good and everyone was so talented. there really was so much to do on the ship! So many shops and things to look at. The views were incredible. I also really morning stretch class on the top deck. It was so refreshing so cool to be on a boat doing a fitness class and looking out and seeing the ocean. Bimini was cool I've been a few times before so I just went into town to grab a couple of drinks and grab a few souvenirs. Now this was my first Celebrity Cruise and I would say I would give them another try especially for a solo cruise. This cruise line is more of a chill vibe with several things to do during the day and night up until a point. After about 11pm not much is going on so if you looking for a full on "party ship" might not be up your alley. I was on a solo group cruise for 5 days/4 nights which I wish were at least another day. I had a great time, but will definitely try another boat and longer cruise so I will do more than I did. As 4-days is such a short amount of time. This is a great start for reflection and I would not be cheap and go ahead and get the premium drink package (if you a drinker) and at least try 2 at the minimum speciality restaurants because it is well worth it. I got the unlimited speciality package so I tried 4 of the restaurants and was not disappointed! Sometimes you have to splurge on yourself and I'm so glad I did on my first Celebrity cruise.

What an amazing trip we had traveling to and from Bimini on the Tropic Ocean seaplane!! We bought…read moreour trip the day before when weather unexpectedly cancelled our trip home from the Caribbean. It was so easy to book online and we found a coupon that made the trip 15% cheaper. It turns out it was cheaper than the ferry - which we didn't realize was down for maintenance anyway (Plus I get sea sick so sea plane was much preferred by me) The check in process was so easy peasy and they had such a nice area where we waited for our flight. We didn't have to get there very early like you need to when you fly commercial. They took our luggage and weighed it and then they loaded us all up in the sea plane. We had 2 pilots and 4 passengers on the flight and the flight was about 25 min. I'm not gonna lie I was nervous as we went down the runway in the tiny plane - but once we were up in the air it was sooo cool to fly under the clouds. And landing on the water was was of the coolest thing ever. Maybe only second to taking off on the water runway. Overall it was such an amazing experience and when I go back to Bimini (which I plan to do) I will take the Tropic Ocean Airways.

We missed our flight and had to book another flight from another commercial airliner on the day of in order to get back which cost us an extra $3,000+! They told us to contact them once we got back to see if they can accommodate a partial refund, but numerous attempts later and many months later, they are ignoring us and will not respond, even though we've sent 3 emails and called them as well. We are now having to resort to negative reviews, since they are unresponsive.
