I requested a partial fill instead of having the tank filled because we would not need that much gas for the time we would be there. I paid partial while I was there and then the remainder $133.54 when the driver came to put the gas into the tank. A few weeks later I received a bill stating that I owed several hundred dollars. I called to see what was going on and was told the delivery driver came out and accidentally filled up my tank which is on them, not me. When buying this home they the tank came with the home. We now have move and live in a new home and sold the home the gas was delivered to the new owners own the gas tank. I did not use 500 gallons of gas. It is still there in the tank. I do not see why I have to pay for a mistake that the company made. I do not have several hundreds dollars just laying around.

I had no idea Louisburg was so far though! I headed out there on Friday, February 11, 2011 after work and felt like I must be headed to no-man's land because of how long it took and even called to make sure I was headed in the right direction. I believe the dealership manager's name was Travis. Upon my arrival most of the lights were off because it was near 6pm and they close earlier than most dealerships, being out in the country and all. Travis took my car to appraise it and Wilbert showed me the Escape I was interested. A quick test drive and it sounded okay. It appeared to be in great condition, but my gut instinct just wasn't sure. Wilbert was really nice and easygoing. I really enjoyed his company and found out that his son is Adrienne Wilkerson, who worked with me at Capital Ford. Small world... Travis offered to almost pay my car off which tempted me. He had priced the Escape at a price that did not match the online posting. I pointed out the THOUSAND dollar price difference and he said he'd honor that, but he said that as if he was doing me a favor which I didn't appreciate. Yeah, buddy -- honor your advertising. Don't make me feel like I'm getting a better deal when that's WHAT was posted originally. After looking at the numbers I still wasn't sure so I stepped outside to make some phone calls to a couple "advisers." Being that I was alone in the dealership with just Wilbert and Travis, I felt somewhat intimidated and overwhelmed with facing this decision on my own. After a little while I went back in and told them it just didn't feel right. He said he'd call me if the potential buyers who were coming in the next day to look at it bought it and he could look for a car for me. I never heard from Travis or Wilbert again though. If the decision had felt right I would have loved to give Wilbert Wilkinson that sale though because I really liked him. At least now I can tell some of my clients that I know where Louisburg is...
