I am pretty sure the owners are here when you visit and that is who you deal with when you come in. If not, they are the absolute most bought in employees I have ever seen before in my life. This lady I have spoken to is so passionate, energetic, and friendly! Wonderful smile and a glowing personality to boot. Makes me want to be around her!!! They have just about anything that can have a scent here and a few non scented Junts as well. I did hear a lady ask if they had stuff for babies and the crew kind of backed away slowly from that. So far, we have soap, candles, laundry detergent, laundry dryer ball scented oil, car air freshener, and room scents. All in all I have enjoyed them. They are not as potent as the Buff folks it seems to me, but I will say the soap makes my skin fell much better than the BCS stuff does. I'll see you soon for more goodies! I prefer all things that touch me to be clean and fresh, which is kind of strange as I only take about 55 showers a year! My skin hates soap and makes very little oils. I got my bacteria's all in order so don't come at me for my hygienic practices. I even have Asian type ear wax nowadays. I smell like a dream too! Don't worry the daily bits that need it, get washed, LOL. Stay clean Memphis. Wash them butts and drawers daily! Some of that other can wait!! '26 - 60

I contacted them via email regarding availability of a model and was told in an email by an owner: "It is available. It is brand new and in its original packaging. We can inspect the item before shipping it out and we will most likely claim full coverage on this item. Typically, we do not have this issue as we pay a premium for FedEx and they do a fantastic job. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions." I Called the next day spoke with supposed "office manager". She said they were snowed in and she couldn't retrieve the model but would let me know when she did. Okay, fair enough. I waited two weeks with no word. Emailed the owner asking for update. "Office manager" responds saying model not in stock but the model number she references is THE INCORRECT NUMBER. I say, the owner said it WAS in stock and give her the correct model number AGAIN and to check with owner. "Office manager" responds: "Hey again, My goodness! Laura (owner) is correct, I have had the model number wrong all this time..." "Office manager" then discloses, they in reality they DON'T HAVE THE MODEL AND NEVER DID and it would be drop shipped from the company that sells it. Problem is.........none of them (owner OR office manager) EVER CHECKED WITH THE SOURCE TO SEE IF IT WAS AVAILABLE before claiming they had it in stock . As it turns out it was discontinued TWO YEARS AGO and these people lied and said THEY had it in stock. The owner lied about having it, the office manager got the wrong number (it wasn't even close) and they strung me along for three weeks with excuses and lies. I didn't think to look at Yelp or I would have never contacted them. Thank God I didn't order it without asking, but then I DID ASK and STILL WAS LIED TO AND GOT THE RUN AROUND. If I had ordered it I probably would have never gotten my money back or it would have taken FOREVER. Running a "business" this way should be against the law.

Several years ago, the souvenir store moved from an adjacent building into a smaller space within…read morethe periphery of the stadium itself. This has resulted in fairly cramped quarters when fans crowd into the shop, especially right after the end of home games. Nonetheless, the merchandise (albeit pricey), has ordinarily been of good quality. My family must have purchased about a dozen Redbirds-themed T-shirts over the years. We've even bought a wall clock, pennant, miniature baseball bat, lapel pins, and several other items. The store usually just has a single clerk operating the cash register, but the efficient employees can keep the line moving relatively quickly. As of late, the store has reliably stocked a variety of clothing sizes, from XS to XXXL, which allows us to buy for more people within our circle. (We even bought a cute, Redbirds-themed jumper for our baby niece!) If you're at a game, or even passing through town, I recommend stopping by here.
