This is my 2nd escape room experience. The first one was in Maastricht - fun valley. We were a group of 5 and we went for Mayan. There were lots of puzzles, symbols, instruments. Quite 'high tech'. Woohoo, it is so much fun!!! We booked two rooms for 9 people, Sherlock and the Mayan temple. The two teams were amazed, while most of us had already tried several escape games before. The decoration is stunning and puts you immediately in the right mood. The enigmas are not easy to solve, not linear and are very diversified so there is a bit of everything for everyone. Depending on how you progress, you can either play entirely on your own or get some help by the owners, and that did help us a lot not to lose too much time on useless clues. To add to the nice experience, the owners are very friendly, helpful and receptive to feedback, so we had a nice chat afterwards where they took the time to explain us the logic behind every enigma. I will definitely go back and try out the other rooms :) read more

This was my first escape game and I adored it! I wish I could have played another one of their rooms straight away. Sherlocked was awesome, especially for someone visiting Brussels. The great central location and helpful owners, not to mention the decoration, really added to the experience. Of course the games were great fun! To do, definitely! read more

From a family of six who've gotten into the 'escape room' game play, we LOVED Enygma of Brussels. The folks at Enygma have gone the extra mile to put you into the atmosphere and frame of thought to enjoy the game - beginning to end. First of all, they're very personalized in their customer approach; the location is very high end and nicely decorated as they obviously prided themselves on the business appearance (a nod to their commitment to the overall experience); and most of all - their attention to detail for a set-up of less obvious riddles, puzzles, and the typical "lock-key" assortments to the newer, fresher problem solving - kept our interest to the very end and requires higher level thinking - if that's your thing! We've gotten bored of some of the more obvious game plays of other rooms and found this one to be the best challenger of all we've done so far! I'd highly recommend giving SHERLOCKED a go. If ever back in Brussels, we'll try one of the others definitely because we feel guaranteed a game worth our time and money!! We made it out in 4 minutes to spare, but we seriously sweated it (literally) the whole time! Let's see if YOU can do better ;). read more
