The management at this company is the absolute worst and most unprofessional that I or any of the employees have ever experience. The work environment is comparable to middle school drama. The management will bully you by degrading you on a day to day basis, as well as, talking junk about you to other employees daily. The pay is horrendous for the amount of time and sacrifice you have to put in both physically and mentally. If you are a good friend of the management before you get hired, you will get all of the benefits in the world. However, if you are just a regular employee, you will be treated as expendable and receive nothing in return for your hard work. It does not matter how hard you work, you will never satisfy the management. You can do 10 great things, yet they will always find the 1 negative and degrade you for it. Stay far away, unless you enjoy empty promises and being bullied by your managers. Good luck getting a raise unless you are not willing to stand up for yourself, and are willing to get your CDL while only making $17/hour, meanwhile doing all the work yourself. You will have no life outside of work, and have nothing to show for it, except wasted time in your life. read more
